Vision
We believe that hydropower plants must exist in harmony with nature. Our goal is to keep the status of the main source of renewable energy within the context of sustainable social and economic development. At the same time, we are committed to caring for the environment as much as we can — reducing our impact on the local ecosystem and using water resources responsibly.
Values
What we stand for
Courage (resolve)
The Georgian–Abkhazian conflict showed us, the people of Enguri HPP, clearly that there is no situation we cannot overcome together.
Openness to the new (curiosity)
We constantly look for new developments in hydropower generation, study their effectiveness and work to put them into practice.
Responsibility
We act out of inner responsibility, not merely out of obligation.
Teamwork
We believe that meaningful results are achieved only through joint effort. Together is better. Strength is in unity.
Unanimity (unity)
We believe that honesty and trust are the key to an environment in which people can bring out their best qualities and abilities.
Transparency
Relationships between every part of the organisation are open and transparent.
