Enguri HPP LLC announces a repeat electronic auction for the sale of various assets held on the company’s balance sheet

On the proposal of the directorate of Enguri HPP LLC and on the basis of the opinion of the Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau, various assets held on the balance sheet of Enguri HPP LLC have been put up for sale at an electronic auction.

Pursuant to the decision of the joint session of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors of 15 April 2025, Enguri HPP LLC announces a repeat auction for the following assets:
