Enguri HPP LLC announces an electronic auction for the sale of various assets

Pursuant to the decisions of joint session No. 10/13 of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors of Enguri HPP LLC of 4 July 2025, various assets held on the balance sheet of the company have been put up for sale at an electronic auction. The auction is announced for a second time, at a 25% discount:

Lot #1 office, household and other assets (dam)

• Starting price (-25%) — GEL 209 (including VAT);

Lot #2 office, household and other assets (Saberio)

• Starting price (-25%) — GEL 133 (including VAT);

Lot #3 office, household and other assets (Tbilisi, Zugdidi)

• Starting price (-25%) — GEL 78 (including VAT);

Lot #4 pumps (Saberio)

• Starting price (-25%) — GEL 93 (including VAT);

Both Georgian and foreign natural and legal persons may take part in the auction.

The auction will start on 16 December of this year and will close on 22 December.
