On the proposal of the directorate of Enguri HPP LLC and on the basis of the opinion of the Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau, various assets held on the balance sheet of Enguri HPP LLC have been put up for sale at an electronic auction.
Pursuant to the decision of the joint session of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors, Enguri HPP LLC announces a repeat auction (at a price reduced by 50%) for the following assets:
