Enguri HPP LLC announces an electronic auction for the sale of various assets held on the company’s balance sheet

On the proposal of the directorate of Enguri HPP LLC and on the basis of the opinion of the Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau, various assets held on the balance sheet of Enguri HPP LLC have been put up for sale at an electronic auction.

Pursuant to the decision of the joint session of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors, Enguri HPP LLC announces a repeat auction for the following assets:

Assorted pumps

Starting price — GEL 449 (including VAT);

Unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee / deposit — GEL 50;

Bid increment — GEL 10;

Lot #2

Pump with motor

Starting price — GEL 1245 (including VAT);

Unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee / deposit — GEL 150;

Bid increment — GEL 20;

Lot #3

Motor

Starting price — 415 (including VAT);

Unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee / deposit — GEL 50;

Bid increment — GEL 10;

Lot #4

Electrical equipment and inventory

Starting price — 777 (including VAT);

Unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee / deposit — GEL 100;

Bid increment — GEL 20;
